-tic-tac-toe places different moments across a central axis on the site to capture a narrative of journeying out to the open waters. Divided into the event space, change room, and pool deck, each building takes on its unique character.

The event space, being a more open building, is housed underneath a concrete cone, enclosed in a transparent volume that opens out into the landscape. The change room is more enclosed and acts as a funnel to carry people out onto the pool deck that sits over the water. Concrete volumes anchor the corners of the pier to allow for visibility over the water to remain present on the deck.
